In the event that you are unable to register your vehicle(s) online here, or you have other parking-related requests that you cannot submit online, please complete the form online using a link below or download a PDF of the appropriate form from the list below, when applicable.

For PDF forms, you can print the form, complete it, and email it to parking@emory.edu. Prefer to drop off a paper copy? You can deliver it to the Parking Services office located in the Starvine deck on Emory’s Clairmont campus.
