Events and Department Visitors

Event Parking

Events at Emory may require special parking (usually events with 25 or more people coming to Emory from off campus). For departments wanting to pay visitor fees in advance, select one of these options:

Validate Guest Parking: Use this form to request validation tickets for your department's campus visitors.

Special Guest Space Reservation: Need to reserve a space for a Special Guest? Let us know.

Event Shuttles

If you need to move your visitors from campus parking to another venue, consider chartering an Emory Shuttle for your event.

Department Visitors

Tokens, stamps, and other less official methods such as handwritten authorizations are not accepted at any Emory parking facility. Visitors should check with the department they visit if they would like prepaid parking validation.

Departments can request a validation account by submitting a Validation Request Form to Parking Services.
