Construction work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, to repair a stormwater pipe at Woodruff Circle. The work is expected to continue through Friday, August 15, 2025, and will impact travel routes in the area.

Key Details:
- Lane Closure: The northeast section of Woodruff Circle will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic for the duration of the project. Buses and essential vehicles, including deliveries, will be rerouted via Eagle Row to Means Drive and onto Pierce Drive to access Woodruff Circle. Temporary standing in the Pierce Promenade and Means Circle area will be limited to service and delivery vehicles only.
- Parking: No parking will be permitted along the detour route. The WHSCB parking lot will remain open to authorized vehicles.
- Pedestrian Access: Most pedestrian pathways will remain open, except at the immediate construction site. Pedestrians coming from Clifton Road can access the southeast portion of the circle via the crosswalk. All temporary sidewalk closures will include on-site signage providing pedestrian detour information.
- Signage & Noise: Detour signs will be posted for both vehicles and pedestrians. Intermittent construction noise is expected during the work period.
- Building Access: All building entrances will remain open and accessible.
